What if defense can prove that DW has been in and around the house on prior occasions? Doesn't that reduce the significance of any DNA or evidence found?
Depends on the nature of previous visits. Hard to explain a boot print on the interior closet wall, where he (speculation) waited for the VDs to retire.
Its not enough to show that he had been in the house. Defense would have to show a plausible reason why he was in a little girl's closet.
