The divorce decrees are public documents so I'd think the media could have gotten their hands on them already. The judge didn't seal those, did he?

If they are public like wills are, then I doubt seriously that the prosecutor tried to enter it. I would not be surprise if this guy's background is fully investigated including previous marriages and divorces.
