Why would a murderer leave on the body the most identifying piece of evidence? Who would be that stupid? I thought about that, myself. Especially, as you indicated, that choker has been splashed about everyone....it would obviously identify her when she was found. So, I was thinking, whoever did this, wanted her identity to be known and known quickly.
