Yeah, but this guy is going to get the death penalty. My thoughts are that if he was guilty and the evidence was there then he would be talking to save his life right now. I've also been watching the body language of Westerfield and the VDs in that courtroom. The glances, the looks, the body language there, something's up..........

My thoughts are that if he was guilty and the evidence was there then he would be talking to save his life right now.Although the posecution has filed "Special circumstances" required for the death penalty, they have yet to file capital charges. Such filings may partly depend on the strength of the case. In the OJ case, they did not ask for the death penalty, something I never fully understood.
