Let me see.....the Democrats walked out of Congress protesting allowing the entry of Western states as non-slavers, or as choosing for themselves to be slavers or non-slavers; then it was the Democrats who whipped up secessionism in the South...they didn't want to give up their source of wealth -- slaves. And then it was the Democrats who made sure the blacks did not recieve full enfranchisement after the war; and then it was the Democrats who fought a Civil Rights Bill, until the Republicans had enough votes to get it through any way; and it was the Democrats who started the war in Viet Nam, then decided they didn't really want to win it, but kept fighting until thousands of young American boys died in it.
The Democrats are always committing suicide, and too often taking other Americans along with them.
Nope! We flat-out decline their invitation to mass suicide. The Democrats, led by Daschle, are welcome to surrender to the terrorists. They don't have to wait for the rest of us.
