They neglected to say he will probably be a vegetable for the rest of his life.

You must be an excellent doctor to have made that assessment based on "expected to live."

this news article SHOULD have been titled:

Federal agent with military style assault weapon, screws up "profiling", shoots innocent man!
Will seek dismissal claiming "self defense", Homeland Security, and by waving the flag to the grand jury...

(subtitle)

SS people got in trouble again in CA, booze and women, bit part of a mans ear off. They had problems in Salt Lake City, booze and women. Nothing will come of it. Same thing here, Feds are cowboys, shoot first, walk away scot free.

These should be available at your local hardware store for cash, with no paperwork. They would be if we actually had the benefit of our 2nd amendment.

"...The circumstances will be thoroughly investigated." Sounding repetitious.

"...to serve an arrest warrant on a man suspected robbing a bank. He is believed to be armed and dangerous, Gulotta said." Who's armed and dangerous, here?

I have the evidence and know the agents by name, in addition to the fact that two other business people would be more than willing to testify against certain of these FBI agents in a court of law.

Hardly a day goes by that we are not reading about some infraction by these incompetent federal employees.

To say nothing of the spate of lunacies at the various airports that escalated when the screeners were all federalized.

I'm putting a fine edge on that axe.

It gets better, one of the defendants in the MD/RICO at www.marylandcorruption.com was being touted as a possible replacement for Louis Freeh as Director of the FBI in 2001.

Good, I am glad to hear it..

Because to the casual observer it looks like you guy's are grinning with glee whenever it comes to some new submachine gun or other taxpayer financed jackboot tool to use in a situation or manner that is completely and totally unwarranted.

In 1993 'only 2 percent of civilian shootings involved an innocent person mistakenly identified as a criminal. The 'error rate' for the police, however, was 11 percent, more than five times as high.
Newsweek, November 15, 1993

Citizens shoot and kill at least twice as many criminals as police do every year (1,527 to 606).

Liberals: But what were his intentions? After all, it's whatever is in your heart that counts. Take the War on Poverty for example. As a result of that "War," us liberals actually made more people impoverished and more dependent on outside (government) help. But, we meant well. And the sheeple, who thrive on emotions, re-elect us based purely on our egalitarian motives. Oh, and those people we made dependent? They are now perpetual liberal voters. Gotta keep the gravy flowing, ya know.

Working with a description of the suspect, several FBI agents pulled over a Pontiac Grand Am in front of Key Bridge Discount Liquors at 7212 Fort Smallwood Road about 6 p.m. An FBI agent walked up to the car and fired a single bullet from an M-4 assault rifle, hitting the male passenger in the face, authorities said.

Pop Quiz. If you were going to attempt an arrest of an allegedlly armed and dangerous person, who is in a vehicle, would you: a)Follow said individual and wait until he leaves the vehicle and is not behind a barrier (car door) and where you can see if he IS armed? Or, b) Walk up to the car, exposing yourself to gunfire, and where you cannot see if he is holding a weapon?

The FBI would not comment last night on why the agent fired the weapon, whether it was a mistake or an attempt at self-defense, Gulotta said.

A similar incident happened in Modesto, California where, after raiding a suspected drug dealers house, an 11yr. old child was shot in the back and killed while face down on floor by a SWAT officer.

Hell Yes, It's past time to roll!

I'm really impressed by the ESP that the initial posters on this article have........everybody has jumped to conclusions based on no evidence. The only thing we know is that a mistake was made. We dont know if the driver took action prior to being shot.
