I never thought that story was true, but it probably will never go away. In a sense it stands as a symbol of her treason. Her whole mission to Hanoi was the same thing -- kill Americans and support North Vietnamese victory.
Well, I sat and read through the article that was originally posted, and it's addressed in there as untrue as well.
I don't care for Jane at all. But we have to be careful that what we say about her is true and proveable, otherwise, folks can (and will) begin to believe that none of it was true at all.
