The fact remains, if the parents are criminally negligent, if they abuse their kids, then they should be prosecuted right along with the violent pedophile. I've said numerous times if the parents are guilty of being criminally negligent aka abusive towards their kids, then they need to be prosecuted. Which part of that do you not get? GRIN~ So I suppose if their behaviour caused their child to become a victim of a pedophile, you are going to jump up and down, stomp your feet, point your finger at me and say "ha ha, I told you so?"
