You ain't here, what is national news on this is 10% of what you are catching across the nation after it's cleaned up by the "nonjudgemental" national networks.

So tell me it's normal to lock yourself in your garage getting stoned and not check your kids for 11 hours, even after running into the house for munchies and noticing open doors and alarm panel lights on TWICE?

I don't care if they were having a quilting bee in the garage: neglect is neglect. They left their little lamb unguarded because they were too wrapped up in their hobby...and it doesn't matter much what the hobby was.
