Our grandson (the youngest grand child) just had his first birthday (27 February). He has been walking for about 3 weeks and gets into everything. Things that his older sister at 32 months hasn't gotten into.
If he falls down, he just gets up and bangs his head on purpose on the nearest thing and keeps on going. He is only 7 pounds lighter than his big sister, and he is able to hold her down while wrestling with her. He is just like his Dad in many ways. One of the memory flashbacks is whenever he sees or hears the refrigerator door being opened, he makes a beeline to the fridge and tries to pull out the food.
