A friend of my mother's sold her house in 6 hours ..
OH, great make me jealous.

LOL ... We were all amazed also ..

I have a friend who bought a house .. he gave the guy a $1,000.00 just to take the for sale sign off the yard .. and you wouldn't believe what this friend paid for this house ... WOW!!!

I'm not looking for 6 hours - I had more interest expressed before the real estate For Sale sign went in the yard.

I've been packing and tossing stuff since July and when we brought a load to storage a couple weeks ago I had to bring boxes home. I needed clothes for the rapidly growing almost 4yo!!! I had packed the larger stuff I'd been given and sent it down to VA back in August.
