Delaware is like a small city and Dover, is even worse - it's just an oversized small town ---- I have had persoanl, political and business problems with the owner of the largest Real Estate Broker in the area. Unfortunately between the time I contacted the Realtor of my choice and we signed the listing agreement - the Big on had bought out the other one, but for personal, political and business reasons my personal ethics would not allow me to back out of it until the agreement ran its course.
Houses are selling rather quickly in this area - and mine is great for a first-time homebuyer or as a rental unit. There is no excuse for there to have been no traffic, except it wasn't marketted properly. Something I know, but can't prove.
Another reason I want out of here!!!!!
Thats very sad when it happens. I hope you get someone to market it the way they should this time.
