I hadn't said anything about the reasons.

The reason - lousy realtor. In 7 months listed they showed the house 1 time - and that was AFTER i gave them the 30 day notice that i wan't out of the listing contract.

Gabz, that's terrible. I'm going to move in about 2-3 years from now. Sooner, if I can work it out.
