And just where is a copy of this original New Testement text? Original as in....John's actual letters. Sorry, but what we read in the Bible are translated copies of translated copies, each translated with bias by the translator.

1. The desendents (spiritual) of Abraham would include all the Jews, Christians, and Muslims that have ever lived,into the multi-billions. A bold prophecy when it was first written.
2. The Selucid devastation of Isreal is well documented in secular history.
3. The destruction of the temple in Jerusalem is also fairly well documented in secular history.
The New Testament canon, I believe, was codified at the Council of Nicea in the 4th Cen.
