The US is a permanent member of the Security Council. No citizen of the US can EVER be Secretary General. It's in the charter.

"we are struggling in our two countries to not only tolerate differences but to venerate them."
Goddammit Clinton, you genetically defective moron, differences ARE tolerated in the USA and Australia. They are NOT tolerated in Saudia Arabia, Zimbabwe, China, Iraq, Iran, Cuba, the Sudan, and virtually all Moslem countries. Go to THOSE places and give your speech.

I bet that he and his cohorts already have in place a plan that would circumvent this somehow. Whatever it takes. Slick has never been one to worry about rules that stand in his way. He is a piece of sh**.

You are right. But rules can be changed, particularly or the benefit of Bill Clinton. Arkansas Governors were not supposed to serve more than two terms. Clinton had the Arkansas state Constitution changed so he could run for a third term.
This guy is the Super-Kingfish. He makes Huey Long look like an amateur.

No citizen of the US can EVER be Secretary General. Do you think he'd hesitate to renounce his citizenship if that's what it took to get himself a new spot in the limelight?
