Psalm 148
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.
2 Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.
3 Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.
5 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.

Amen! My youngest told me again that she wants to ask God where He came from and what He did before He invented the universe. He is worthy of all our praise!

Update on the foster kids. The youngest has been removed from the home and placed in another home. He is the almost Willie M case. The new family comes from a missionary background and they hope to work one-on-one with him to help him through this period in his life. He's 3 and screams himself to sleep at night which usually happens about midnight. Pray for the family. They have a hard row to hoe.
The sister(6) lobbied for him to stay but not very much. As a matter of fact, she helped him pack. She seems to have blipped over losing her last sibling and seems happy as usual.
Note: I don't have these kids. They go to my church.

A long time ago my wife and I were very active in the foster program. Among our "kids" were two brothers - one of which had been burned in a tub and screamed with every bath. Both he and his brother had numerous cigarette burns on their arms. Another child that we fostered hoarded food, you can guess why she would, and yet another had very different morals than us. Some stayed a day, some stayed for months.
We loved them all, but knowing the things that parents could do to their own children took something out of us. It takes someone will a lot more inner strength than we possessed. I pray for them and the families.

They keep trying to get us to do it. My wife got them to stop when she said "I'm from the Appalachian hills and we believe some people need killin'". That ended that.

Bless her--you know the Father just might answer, He is moving!! Praise God! I mean I watched a man raised from the dead on TV on video, who had been dead three days! He saw both heaven and hell, and heaven is the best deal he said upon rejoining us:)

I received some sad news this morning. My favorite uncle had a heart attack while driving and has died. We lost another uncle, his brother, just a few months ago. I have no fear for his soul, he was a wonderful christian man, but it hard for those who are left behind to deal with his loss. Please pray for my father, he and his brother were close. His wife, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters need to be lifted up too.
Thanks.
