The fifth Estate couldn't even give that information out when contacted. They just said they're being sued, and both "Bad Blood" programs (1976 and 1999 follow-up) are embargoed and apologized for not being able to discuss it.
 
Great way to muzzle the media, huh? I haven't been able to find where in the court system this is recorded.
We can thank God, BigM got the transcripts from the 1976 show at least.
A poor lawyer can let a case drag on for years, a good one can make it last for decades.

Yeah. I suppose that speaks well of your media. Ours don't have to be muzzled. They muzzle themselves. As soon as they find out that Bill and Hillary Clinton were involved, they walk out. If anyone mentions Vincent Foster's role in the scheme, they run.

Honorable exception: Christian Broadcasting Network ran a two-part expose produced by Dale Hurd.
