The hijackers exploited a loophole that allowed people to obtain ID cards and drivers' licenses from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles without proof of identity or residency. America did not deserve what happened on 9-11 but why did we make it so damn easy for someone to do this? Oh, now I remember, so more people would register to vote as Democrats!
