Wasn't Michael Dell about 15yrs old in the mid eighties?The bio says he founded Dell Computer in 1984 at age 19.
The quote I saw was in Dinesh D'Souza's Reagan bio. Dell gave Reagan credit for establishing a friendly atmosphere for entreprenuers, which made the computer revolution possible.
