I got Jerry ticked off at me for saying that the logically consistent branch of calvinists should apply limited atonement to deceased infants and partial-birth aborted babies....you know, some destined for heaven and some for hell.

He said that the act of dying in infancy is proof that they part of the "elect."

I didn't ask for a scripture on that one, 'cause I knew I'd made him mad. They absolutely hate it when we take their theology to its logical conclusions, but they don't hesitate doing the same with anyone else.

The Logical Conclusion of Calvinism, is that God sovereignly Elects whomever He wants to Elect.

We believe that God has seen fit to Elect all those whom He has foreknown He would call away from life in infancy. Because He felt like it.
And that belief is shared by the entirety of the mainstream of Calvinism throughout history.

You hate this, because you would prefer if we believed that God has Elected to damn some of those whom He has elected to call from life in infancy.

Unfortunately for your preference, we don't believe that God has Elected to damn some of those whom He has elected to call from life in infancy. We believe that those who die in infancy -- all of them -- are among the limited number of people whom God has Elected to Himself. Oh, and just to re-establish the point: why did God Elect to Save all those whom He has elected to call away from life in infancy? Why, because He felt like doing so, that's why.

But since you want that we should believe that God has Elected to Damn some of those whom he has elected to call away from life in infancy.... you just lie about it, and claim that we believe this.

Why do you do this? Because you come from the womb speaking lies, that is why. Just your Nature.
