This is ridiculous. There IS discrimination in hiring practices, but sometimes for very good reasons. When was the last time you saw a male bra fitter at Victoria's Secret? Or a 4'9" guy working at the Big N' Tall men's store? Or a 80lb supermodel waif at Annie's Big Ass House of Fashions?

This case shouldn't even see the inside of a courtroom. Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications (BOQ) should destroy any chance she has.
