Your post appears very anti-Irish. However, you seem to hit on a sort of truth somewhere in your diatribe. During the mass immigration of Irish into the US in the 19th century, the more money the immigrant had, the farther he could travel down the northeast coast on the ship from Ireland. If you had no money, you landed in Canada or Boston. If you had a little more money, you could get to New York City. Even more dough got you to Philly. My ancestors ended up in Boston. Many of them later went on to fight in and help win the War Between the States. (BTW, I want reparations for the unsavory horse stable work performed by my repressed ancestors...)

Me last name tis Coyle. Anyways, the Irish are more than filled with their fair share of stupidity, and those stupid Irish had to group up somewhere, and Massachusetts is it. I know, I live there. But, I am an equal opportunity smearer and I throw in Italians as the other half of the political fodder for the socialist RICO crew of government in the Bay State. I mean, to the west of this rocky landing is the most beautiful and richest continent in the world and this begs the question of what kind of losers would mill about their grandparents beach landing and never get more than 50 miles beyond the coast? Massachusetts has some great engineering and science, but beyond that we produce pundits, lawyers, clerks, and 3rd generation welfare. So why am I here, because my other half is Scottish and I find a fight a day. It is sick, but I am happy.
