I would LOVE for the SAS to pay these bastards a visit and make them suffer a death by a thousand cuts, not just a severing blow.

Send in the gurkhas. Have them cut a terrorist's head off every night until only the leader is left, then let him run around telling all of his friends about it for a month or two. Then do something REALLY bad to him. :)
