The GOP elites need to consider math before trying to buy the Hispanic vote with "amnesty."

Region was the best predictor of how an area would vote in 2000 - but, within regions, race was the best predictor of how an individual would vote. Bush won nonminority women as well as nonminority men. Outside of Blue Nation, he won by a landslide among both nonminority women and nonminority men.

But Bush barely won with that overwhelming support of the one racial group that voted for him in 2000: European-Americans. Even if he could somehow bribe every non-Cuban Hispanic in America into voting for him with amnesty, he'd lose in a landslide in 2004 if it alienated even a small percentage of the far-larger number of European-Americans into just abandoning him at the polls.

You might be banned for speaking logically. The Reconquista fifth column extends all the way thru the political spectrum even thru the GOP's right wing.
