Castro protects the Spanish Basque terrorists; he trained and supported the Sub-Commandant Marcos and his Mexican guerrillas in Mexico, and Cuba gave sanctuary and protection to the Chilean terrorist fugitives from a Chilean jail. It is revolting to se how Spain, Mexico and Chile are afraid to death to denounce publicly Castro's Cuba as a terrorist haven. In spite of Cuba’s atrocious record of human rights violations they hesitate in condemning Cuba at United Nations’ Human Rights Commission.
