You have no idea what you are talking about. It is quite common in the high-tech arena for workers to work by "contract." Plus, a $400,000 house in San Diego is mid-priced, it's not extravagent by any means.

OK Hildy, as a bumpkin from Fresno, I guess you must be right. However, a $400,000 dollar house, with 100K down and a 7.5% APR, would still mean a monthly payment, less Taxes and Insurance of $2100 dollars, per month.  Jean Claude van Dam is going to need to knock down over $75,000 just to make ends meet.  And that is not taking into account, the little misses prevalence to go out Friday and Saturday night!!!  So, what is your story???
