Man often does resist God's grace. But, can the elect continue to resist and reject God's grace? That is the question, due to the fact that men reject the grace of God, freely presented to them, every day.

...like I said...the Bible teaches both...that every man is given free will and that the elect are chosen by God, and that God's grace is indeed resistable. Since God is not confined to time/space, His ways are higher than our ways. I won't attempt to speak for Him, nor will I be baited into an arguement which we can never have the final answer to. I simply accept His Word as final; not my mortal intellectual reasoning, for we cannot ever fully comprehend the Omnipotent One. With that in mind, why get into something that has no final human resolution, but which only serves to divide the Body of Christ.
