I do nothing to change the circumstances and I have the accident I have caused it to happen.

Help me follow your logic Mom (seriously). So because God did nothing to prevent it (like you did nothing to prevent an accident), millions are destined to eternal damnation (you caused the accident)? I'm pretty sure that's not where you're going, but that seems to be the logical conclusion to your analogy.

The logical conclusion is if God chooses not to act He has predestined it by His non action, just as much an a direct action.

God could preform a miracle to get your neighbors attention or send an angel or send him a double helping of His grace. But he does not..

God created all, He knows exactly what would be necessary for each man to repent and be saved. But He does not act in such a way toward every man.
