Glad to hear you have family members to help our cause. My family members think I'm silly for even keeping abreast of beltway dealings. And, then they are horrified when they learn of some new law that is changing their lives. Gives new meaning to "what you don't know won't hurt you."

My father, sister and brother are all die hard Republicans. I am very lucky to be part of an old fashioned conservative American family with Cuban roots. It is great to be supported by ones family.

As a matter of fact, my whole family spent many a day with signs on the streets of Miami during the election aftermath here in Florida. It was great.

Don't let them get you down. Fight the good fight. It will be worth it in the end. If not for anything else, for our children. Cannot let these liberals take over this great land of ours. Give me liberty or give me death.

You are not alone either. Most of my family members and neighbors would also die of ignorance and apathy if either were a disease. When I tell them what is really going on within government, they don't even know what questions to ask. It is easier for most people to watch nightly sitcoms and mumble the liberal media's repetitive slogans. It is work to be informed, to read details on legislation, etc..I fear our country is collectively dying of ignorance and this is just what the Nazis counted on years ago.
