... It's ironic that two studies suggesting that a new Ice Age may be underway may end the global warming debate ...
Everyone get into your SUV and drive, damn you, drive.

An ice age could ruin our whole day.

Not sure why some of the pictures and Logos didn't come thru, they were fine on the preview!

This seems to be the source for some articles that have appeared in local newspapers in Southern California recently.

Just goes to you of rudimentary our understanding of the planetary ecosystem is.

They still have a vague idea on how the solar maxum effects weather patterns.

Hopefully the tide is turning, the demise of global warming theories may be on the horizon.

The earth is cooling and we are all going to die.

No, the earth is warming and we are all going to die

No, it's cooling again...

Enough already! Either way, we are going to be just fine. If it warms the permfrost will melt and we will have new land to use. If it cools the seas will receed and we will have land that was once under the ocean to use.

Why do they insist on making out humans to be more fragile then we are?

If the Earth is cooling, then why are the glaciers melting AND the oceans are getting warmer?

Shouldn't the oceans be getting cooler when the glaciers are melting?

Why are the glaciers melting if the Earth is cooling?

Few scientists will admit the real truth --that they simply don't know many things, including the future of the climate. How accurate are weather forecasts beyond one day? And yet we're supposed to accept without question theories like global warming (or the coming ice age).

"New Research Indicates the Earth May Be Cooling"

Don't worry, everybody, the global warming will moderate it.

lol....this is amazing. Quite frankly, I say bring on a little ice age like we had in the 1600's-1800's. It is too freaking warm in summer and winter is not cold and snowy enough.

But the ice is still melting from the Northern Polar icecap, isn't it? I heard that the evidence differs at each pole. So I think the jury is still out. My sense is that global warming is probably not occurring. Even if it is, the cure is worse than the disease.

Look to me like most of the ice at N. & S. Poles is already in the water, always has been, it couldn't have all been from land surely. What to do? 1. Buy a radio from Artbell. 2. Buy some storable food from Artbell 3. Slop your dripper, Sugly Isters.

"Global warming is all America's fault because ... What was that? Global cooling? Cooling! Global cooling is all America's fault because of its capitalist use of the earth's resources." (and all that other stuff is our fault too)

Liberalism must be crushed!

Bump! Good catch on this one. I am flabbergasted that Science published this one, since their new editor has shown his colors to be rather committed to the Global Warming creed...
