In all seriousness, GW needs to stump this HARD, judging by Kerry's immediate response to GW's call for "voluntary" Kyoto adherance. Kerry displayed, once again, the left's propensity for lying. Part of his response leaned on the discredited Global Warming siren call for alternative energy sources. He forgot to mention the cost.
