During his afternoon speech, Milosevic compared Clinton's strategy in fighting the Kosovo war to that of Adolf Hitler's: to establish a strategic base from which to attack Russia. He described the policy the Austro-Hungarian empire had adopted toward the territories of the crumbling Ottoman empire in the 19th and 20th centuries, that of keeping Serbia weak and the Balkans divided, he said.

Among the most important lines of the article here. Clinton has supported all of Hitler's allies: the Slovenes, the Croats, Bosnian Muslims and Albanians in their final solution schemes for Serbs. Criminal corporations are allowed to buy up Yugoslav industries and businesses for a fraction of their value. The US military has built one of its biggest bases in the world at Camp Landsteal in southeastern Kosovo. In place of independent states what you have in the entire Balkans are countries which are completely dependent on NATO and the IMF for their survival. Now eastward expansion of NATO can continue without any interference in preparation for a military conflict with Russia and Belarus.

Yep. Clintons goal was to get rid of the constitution via political correctness speaches, just as Hitler swayed the masses. He almost made it. Givin more time, he may have succeeded! Then he could rule the world.
Clinton being a psychopathic narcissisat, I think he really thought he could do it.
During the Gore scam in Florida, The libs tried to start a pitition to keep Bill in office, and over ride the constitution because he was 'so favored and popular.'
