OBJECTIVES

Our central concept is to organize Muslims in the mainstream public affairs and the two party system. It is our mission to politically organize Muslims in all Congressional Districts in New Jersey. Specifically: |

Increase voter registration and build a comprehensive database of all Muslims in New Jersey.

Educate Muslims about the role of various political offices.

Create political structures at district, county and state levels to bring about organized participation in the two party system and to form political clubs.

Train American Muslim candidates to run for election to various public offices.

Participate in the state and national political campaigns.

Organize participation in national and state conventions.

Set up internship programs for Muslim youth.

Develop institutionalized capability for political research and analysis.

Build coalitions with other citizen groups and establish social service programs.
