The same arguments you are making can apply to gun control in a sense. Ooh jeez there are bad people with guns (Islam) in America. Guns (Islam) are ruining our society. So let's make sure that nobody in our country has guns (Islam).

An individual commits crimes. You imprison him after the fact. If you can detect hints of his specific criminal activity before the fact, you detain him for questioning and/or charge him with lesser offenses. If he is not a legal member of our society you deport him.
If, in America, ten blacks rob banks in the same week, you do NOT run around willy-nilly bringing all blacks in for questioning. If a prominent leader of blacks advocates bank robbery, you track down and question any of his followers who act like they are preparing to commit bank robberies. You DON'T imprison all blacks.
Perhaps the most ignorant statement you make in your diatribe is that all Islamic nations have persecuted and murdered members of their nation and neighboring nations. Hey, wake up call, so have we and so has every other nation in the world. We're not doing it so much now because we're becoming civilized. Some Islamic nations are relatively uncivilized and thus are still capable of more heinous acts than our own. However, take a look at Mr. Milosevic to see what non-Muslims are capable of. It's not an Islam thing exclusively, it's a jackass thing.
Nobody here thinks we should let foreign cultures "take over" our own. Just like dozens of nationalities have contributed to what's great about this country, so have some Muslims and Middle Easterners. Why fear their culture more than Irish or Catholic or Jewish or Chinese?
I'll tell you what, if you ever show me a poll that states clearly that 20% of all Muslims in America think that American civilians should be killed indiscriminately in jihad, then I'll listen. Until then, you're a crackpot for claiming that "millions of Americans" are going to die at the hands of Middle Easterners who entered this country legally. No you don't, but perhaps if blacks were trying to use vehecles such as planes and trucks as weapons to kill thousands of people it might not be a bad idea to at least be on the lookout for anything suspiscious. Profiling at Airports may not be a bad idea either.
