CRIMINAL REVIEW OF CLINTON WH LOOTING: Pol's Set to Present Bill's Gifts for Probe
NY DAILY NEWS ^ | 2/13/02 | Timothy Burger

Posted on 02/13/2002 2:04:39 AM PST by Liz

WASHINGTON Rep. Doug Ose (R-Calif.) said yesterday he'll seek a criminal review by the Justice Department of alleged solicitation of gifts by Bill and Hillary Clinton — including $75,000 in china, crystal and furniture — received in the ex-President's last weeks in office.

"We're going to refer this stuff down to the Justice Department and let the legal people make their determinations," Ose said after a hearing that capped a year of investigation into the $400,000 worth of gifts the Clintons allegedly received during their eight years in the White House.

In a statement, Bill Clinton's office condemned Ose's purposes as "transparently partisan."

Last February, the Clintons reimbursed benefactors for $86,000 worth of improperly received furniture and other gifts. They also returned to the National Park Service $28,000 in furnishings that had been intended for the White House and not them.

You are so right. They've come so close, to only slip through the system. At some point in time, they will have to pay, their luck can't possibly hold for eternity.

Al Capone Q ERTY6 kleptocratic clinton & clinton were utter failures REALITY-CHECK (I say forget the clinton rapes & murders & pardons & payoffs & treason & so on & PINCH the CLINTONS for grand larceny & tax evasion) bump!

Capone consulted attorney, Mike Ahern, in 1929. Ahern, with
other Capone attorneys, filed several appeals to stave off Capone's
11-year sentence for tax evasion. The last one was rejected in May,

PINCH CLINTON
by Mia T, 2.9.02

In a quainter, less enlightened time, if you had read "pinch" and "clinton" in the same sentence, you would have thought, "hundreds of 'ministered to' troubled young girls," (as the wife was wont to put it)... not "roomfuls of stolen White House antiques."

And yet, according to a reliable-source friend of mine, even back in those days, if the husband had designs on the help, the wife had designs on the furnishings; (she had already acquired the nasty habit of pilfering from the White House drapery fund.)

In spite of this, when I created the following metaphoric musing more than a year before the clintons -- uh -- "moved," I never imagined that she would -- that they would -- in real life -- in real time -- actually swipe the sofa.

Smaller objects neatly tuck-able in nuncupative deals & unnumbered Swiss accounts, without question...

BUT THE SOFA??

"I think the rock is still there, but I'm not sure," Helen quipped. Her punch line to clinton's response to her question about a -- (only in Helen's mind) 'fantasy' -- clinton kleptocracy, was in fact 4th-estate CYA-ing disguised as a joke.

Unbeknownst to the always clueless Helen, the one-liner she was delivering was indeed a joke; it was the butt of the joke that was her misreport...

She said the press corps followed a "golden rule that if it didn't affect the running of the country, they didn't need to report on it. We weren't protecting anybody."

As President Bill Clinton reached his last days in office, Thomas asked him what White House possession he would like to take with him.

His reply: the rock Neal Armstrong brought back from the moon. Whenever tension filled the Oval Office, Clinton said, he would point to the rock and tell those present to "chill out." The rock was 3.6 billion years old, he said; they needed perspective.

"I think the rock is still there, but I'm not sure," Thomas said.

Helen Thomas: Bush-A Work in Progress

In the end,
if clinton's arrogant, ruthless, reckless nature is restored to him,
it seems the joke will be on all of us,
for it will be a victory for infinite victimhood and irresponsibility,
for seduction, for violence, for nihilism, for anarchy.

We will have set apart clinton as the hero
by making his victims less human than he;
we will have allowed clinton to carefully estrange us from his victims
so that we can enjoy the rapes and the beatings
as much as clinton himself does.

Yes, I do have Clintonosis - and it will not be cured until both these criminals have been arrested, put on trial, and put behind bars or whatever the justice due them for the crimes may be has been administered.

The reason is that these people have turned American government into one huge criminal organization - not much better than Russia post communism. The communists are still there - just hiding - and / or morphing into organized crime bosses. Same here. Except we have organized crime bosses (the Clintons) who morphed into pretend "politicians".

If they are not arrested and put on trial - they and their cohorts will end up destroying this country. That's all there is to it. The ILLEGAL ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS IS A GOOD PLACE TO START!

And when the left shouts: "highly partisan" - the Congressmen and or Justice Dept should simply say: ALL AMERICANS ARE UNDER THE LAW AND WE ARE SURE THE CLINTONS SHARE THE BELIEF IN THE RULE OF LAW. WE ARE SURE THAT THEY WOULD WANT THE ELIMINATION OF ANY POSSIBILITY THEY COMMITTED ILLEGALITIES - FOR THE SAKE OF THE CLINTON LEGACY AND FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR REPUTATION. BUT ALSO FOR ALL AMERICANS WHO BELIEVE IN AND MUST LIVE UNDER THE RULE OF LAW WHICH APPLIES TO EVERY AMERICAN.

I think part of their "luck" is a self-derving belief in their own invincibility.....

One more thing. I can guarantee you that if President Bush I or President Bush II accepted the huge gifts (or their wives) that the Clintons accepted and STOLE - (and they did NOT give it all back) - for instance - where is the stock??? ---- the impeachment drums or arrest drums would already be echoing down the Potomac River basin by the likes of Washington Post, NBC, ABC, CBS!!!!

I love it.......that's what reasonable people who answer to a higher authority and who listen their consciences would say..
The conniving Klintoons, they are of a rare and different breed. They answer to no one but themselves. They have no conscience and no shame.

Nothing will come of this and other Bill&Hill investigations.
In 2003 when HRC is campaigning and gets asked about this, she can say this is old news, it was thoroughly investigated and no wrongdoing was uncovered.
This is all coming out now to clear the way for her heinious.

Speak like an adult to the Clintons is what must be done - or over them to the American people. This is not about partisanship......It is about the rule of law being maintained by those at the highest levels of American government. It is about ...... .well just read this snippet from Dunleavy's editorial in today's NY Post:

"This is the greatest illustration of a man - a Rhodes scholar in his younger days - who believes, sincerely, sure, sincerely, that the Brits had the right idea . . . the divine right of kings. I never knew how strongly Al Capone's heart beat in this bum.

I have been saying for eight - no, it's almost ten years, that the Clinton "gang" is a criminal organization. It is organized crime pretending to be a political party.

THAT is what the Demonratic or kleptocratic party has become - nothing more then a group of liars, thiefs, and thugs, who have bilked the American taxpayers of multiplied BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS - and the White House theft is really symbolic of the total theft that was done to the American people by the Clinton led Democrats.

Listen further to Dunleavy: "Just a guy passing through town who pulled his wagon up to America's most famous residence and looted it, while the public bought his shtick about health care and the economy. Slick Willie and Hillary grabbed as much from their friends as they could on their way out of the White House."

The thiefs got away with a lot because the Presidency is the greatest place to hide if one is a thief/crook/killer mafia thug.

And one of the mafia members still sits in the US Senate...making this comment: The most dangerous terrorist in America now occupies a seat in the US Senate - (my quote and I should copyright it) - one that somebody in high places should be paying attention to.

And her partner in crime is running around looting more suckers and doing who knows what else to destroy America????

Both of them belong in jail for life - at the least. The fact that they are running free makes clear that the rule of law is dead and there is no justice in America.

Hitlery will buy most of her votes under the table. So none of this will present a problem for her.

If they aren't brought up on charges re: their looting of America - I still think holding a show trial - with them in absentia - sound like a very good idea.

for which they received grotesquely high advances.

As soon as they can (ahem) "coordinate" their stories with emerging history.....
It's rough trying to get chapters on Osama to dovetail with their (barf) illustrious careers.
BillyBoy had to rewrite the chapter on "How I Almost Killed bin Laden" several times.
Same with Hillary's, "How I Was Bought And Sold For the Senate Seat." LOL

When do their contracts state the books are to be finished? Personally I don't think they will ever deliver on them, and even if they do, they will both be bombs or the publishers will decide to not publish them. What could a reader possibly learn about them that has not already been widely reported or already written in a number of other books that have exposed their criminal conduct, numerous character flaws, and gutter morality?
