I believe Trulock AND Wen Ho Lee are innocent men who got caught in the crosshairs of the Clinton's. When it was discovered that our secrets were going out the door to China (by Clinton), someone had to cover his treasonous butt. Wen Ho Lee had the "looks" of just what they needed to convince the sheeplee. As far as Trulock, Wen Ho Lee was not the only one he suspected. Wen Ho Lee pleaded guilty to ONE count out of 59 counts charged by Reno's Justice Dept because he did not want to take the chance of going to trial because Reno said he could get life in prison if convicted. Reno & Clinton HAD to have him plead guilty to something for public consumption. The judge in the case apologized to Lee at the end & said something to the effect that the federal government had acted disgracefully & had given the justise system a black eye. I hope President Bush gives him a FULL pardon. I have determined that Larry Klayman needs to get a life since he has not settled ONE case in all these years. Where are the verdicts in Chinagate, Filegate, travel office gate, etc.? Has anyone noticed that the media never gave Klayman the time of day when he was going after the Clinton Administration, but now that he is going after the Bushies, he has become the media darling. He has been on CNN, MSNBC, CNBC. Nuff said! By the way, Klayman is going after the VP to get the Energy Task Force records and he has gone into cahoots with the GAO & turned over all the work he has done on the case to them at their (GAO's) request. I believe the case was argued in court today 2/12. The VP is going to win if he doesn't get one Clinton's corrupt judges.

It is apparant that many of you do not understand or spent time analyizing Klayman. Sure when he goes after injustice of the conservative bent the left media falls all over him. Is that his fault??? Corruption is corruption is corrupton. However here on this site if anyone has a (R) after their name & are opposed then they are villified. Not with this person.

Oh, no, you're not going to be able to wash your hands of your guilty collaborationism with the Clinton's so easily by equating the two here. Wen Ho Lee did not just LOOK like a treasonous malefactor, he is STILL behaving like one, refusing point blank to cooperate on locating the missing syquest tapes as required in his plea agreement, and in fact there is a LOT of evidence that makes it clear he is in fact working with the PRC secret services. The overwhelming amount of duplicity in this character makes it an UNAVOIDABLE conclusion, and the dismissal of this case was an act of treason, and the judge had to know that. No aplogies were owed this scum, and you should be ashamed of yourself.
