Though I don't buy Klayman's claim that your case fell because of "national security" restrictions on your discovery (or any of the kookier theories), I've no doubt you were "scapegoated".
That's how beauraucracies always handle these things.
Even though you didn't win for yourself, by making them just a little more careful you've won something for all of us.
