Yes she certainly did, and I'm not saying that just because the mother passed a polygraph that she isn't involved.

I find it peculiar though, that the police would say the mother has taken and passed a polygraph, and then clam up about the father or the neighbor suspect.

But anyway, I told my wife that Susan Smith was lying from the start, because the story was so implausible AND she was so flat in her affect. I was only surprised that anyone believed her for a second.

This new case, like JonBenet's, is so full of holes that it cannot be taken at face value.
