Not necessarily a hit....one car accidents are a prime means of committing suicide such that insurance policy suicide provisions do not get activated. Most often it can only be classified as an "unattended death."

But, since the body was burned beyond recognition, there is no way to prove that this is actually the body of Kathrine Smith.

Much like the missing scientist who's car was found on the bridge and assumed to be a jumper and then it was decided that he somehow accidently fell over the railing as he got out to check his car for damage from a mile back?
