Whatever you call it, I support it. There were a couple of dogs in my neighborhood doing the same thing. When I complained, the neighbors knew I was the kind of guy who would eliminate it myself if necessary. The barking has stopped.

I wish you lived in my neighborhood! We had a "well to do" English lady move in next door. Over time, she accumulated 25 dogs, 17 cats, and a pot bellied pig!!
We, and other neighbors called the police often for barking and 'stink'! She hired a lawyer and asked for a court trial each time the police gave her a citation, then she lied her head off in court!
She won most of the time. Did you know that you can't mention anything in a civil trial about the previous trials, and I guess each new jury thought we were just picking on the 'nice English lady'.
Finally we found out she had overstayed her visa, and took her to Federal court. The judge ordered her deported!! [She had done a lot of other bad things.] I lost a lot of faith in lawyers and the court system during that time.
