This article is mis-titled. The original title of this article on WorlNet Daily was "Solving The Immigration Problem." Keyes does not advocate "open borders."

As to the amnesty bill Bush is pushing and the House passed this evening, I don't believe Keyes advocates rewarding law breakers. We'll find out tonight on his show.

By the way, does this amnesty bill apply only to illegals from Mexico? If so, why are these politicians discriminating against illegals from Europe, Asia and Africa? Why not just reward law breakers from everywhere, or isn't that politically expedient?

This bill is not based on principle, it is based on pandering.

Someone on another thread just said that this bill applies to illegals from all countries. If true, it is still pandering for votes to the detriment of our republic and the rule of law. It makes a mockery out of those who obey the rules and go through the procedure to enter legally.
