Apparently the Civil War and the Emancipation Proclaimation only ended slavery by private citizens. Apparently, government slavery is still a good thing, according to the Republican congressman.
I find it sick that a Republican is in favor of this crap.
Can anyone cite the date the GOP became the advocate for big government?
