Long article...didn't read the whole thing, but it would appear that the mailer accomplished what he wanted to accomplish. Otherwise, he would still be sending anthrax.

Or perhaps we do have very refined, pure Anthrax in small stockpiles, and somebody simply stole one of the containers. Perhaps there is a kilogram missing somewhere, stolen by a guard, clerk, assitant, or janitor.
