If the comments were as you describe them then I would certainly have considered those to be personal attacks and quite ungentlemanly.
But is that the level at which you want to operate?
Forgive me for jumping into something that's really none of my business.....but from the woman's point of view...(that's me)....I'd bet that if Khepera and that other poster were to meet face to face it would NOT be as gentlemanly as on a thread. I for one, would WANT my husband to take a FIRM STAND, and if he didn't, well...I'd be most disappointed.
You guys are supposed to stand up for us girls, remember? If someone hurts one of your loved ones, even in words, you had BEST do the "gentlemanly" thing and defend our honor!!!!
