Just clicked on the 'link' in this thread header, and then the 'View Signature' link(their site) at it is at 37,011 (rebuilding).

It worked this time, going through FR link, there's around 39,000 something. But still nothing if you go through petitiononline.com (which is where a new person would probably go to sign petition).
