Arnold Schwarzenegger decided last year not to run for governor, but he hasn't left politics behind.
He's backing a new ballot initiative that would increase funds available for after-school programs. Schwarzenegger and political consultant Paul Miner received clearance last week to get petitions signed to get the measure on the November ballot.
