Well, probably not very well...but when I took Psych l0l the instructor, in answer to my question, said that there is no real agreed upon terminology, instead there are a number of "schools of thought." My opinion, with which he agreed, was that this variety tended to obscure meanings and make dialogue between the various schools difficult. If the terms can't be defined, you can't have legitimate concensus or disagreement.
Self-respect is a positive view of self that is earned by accomplishment, imho. Personal responsibility means, in awkward terms, that in large part, how I live is how I choose to live, (as an adult). But this is my opinion.
I've left out moral terms, since so little in psychology seems to involve morality...
