This article must have made quite a splash to be featured on TOTN. I used to listen to it every day when Ray Suarez was still hosting it.
In other sources, I have also seen the references showing that black children tend to have higher self-esteem than white children, and that higher self-esteem is actually detrimental to academic achievement, among other things.
