One of the unintended consequences of America's rejection of mandated political correctness is that legends crumble.
The classic case is that of Bill Clinton. The conventional wisdom has been (even from his critics) that notwithstanding policy and philosophy disagreements Bill Clinton was/is a smart, charming, even brilliant man.
The reality that is becoming increasingly clear to those willing to see is that "The President Clinton Package" and his team of advisers, managers, and spin doctors, were smart, charming and at times brilliant. However, left to his own devices and without the support, advice, counsel and coercive powers of office, Bill is (for the second time in two months) emphatically demonstrating he ain't all that smart.

Let's get serious. The Clinton impeachment is meaningless except to people such as the people who come here. If the Clintons were capable of embarrassment it might bother them, but such is not the case. In fact, the Clintons have not suffered damages from it. Bill is still running around the world acting as if he were still president, uncontested, at fees for up to $200,000 a night. He has a $12,000,000 book deal plus a sizable pension. Hillary has an $8,000,000 advance on her book. She is the biggest single crowd drawer in the country other than Bubba, and is the top fund raiser in the Democratic party. Both have solid media support. She's occupying a senate seat from a stae where she was never a resident and is one of the most powerful figures in the senate. Where have they been damaged? Forget posting any more cartoons, they have yet to be damaged and they haven't worked a day in their lives for most of nearly 30 years.
