Sorry, I like conservative views, but I think that a lot of party loyal Republicans live in LaLa land (same goes for party loyal Democrates). They tend to think that they live on one end of the political spectrum and the oppostition lives on the other. The unvarnished truth is that there isn't a whole lot of difference between the Reps and the Dems except for the rhetoric.

I strongly support Bush's decision to wage uncompromising war and I also think that any president would have made the same decision. The decisions of any president have to be looked at within the time frame that they are made: Ronald Reagan was a strong conservative president, yet he retaliated against Lybia by dropping a few bombs and then calling it quits. He did what the American people would have accepted at the time. This is a different time. If Ronald Reagan were the president today, he would know that the American people would accept nothing less than an uncompromising war.
